Week 2 Results

Well, not the best start to a diet and workout program. I ended up on the bike once, doing two nights of push-ups, and one night of sit-ups/leg lifts. And while I did end up between 2-4lbs down from my Jan 1 weight (depending on which night I weighted myself), I feel I didn't do a very good job with food.

This week is going to be even more challenging, as I will be heading to Vegas for 2 nights, 3 days for a R&D conference with customers. Eating right while on travel is extremely hard for me to do. Having an expense account that I can pretty much have what I want (within reason of course - though they don't bat an eye at a $75 dinner), I must learn how to say no to 'free', really really good food.
