Week 1 Results

Well the 1st week could have gone better, but it wasn't horrible. I exercised twice, for about 10min each. Not great. The treadmill is broken, can't run on it. Ate out three times, wasn't very good any of them. Not good. But the bright side is it was still much better than I have been doing. And I lost 4 lbs.
